Following the UK government’s decision to lock-down the UK from 23rd March 2020 to manage the COVID-19 Pandemic, Clackmannan Development Trust had put together some community services to support the town at this time.

The following services had been created to: Protect those who are shielding or who are in isolation, protect and reduce the pressure on our health services, support those who have been financially affected by the closure of businesses/employment, reduced pubic transport or who just feel a little bit lonely being separated from loved ones / friends.

Services Included Were:

Prescription/shopping deliveries

Free bike loan to key workers

Free fruit & veg parcels for low income families – Although we do not offer this, if you are in need of help, The Gate still offer a food bank service for low income families.
